Luca is a Newcastle based artist asking big questions with playfulness. She makes theatre, public art, dance theatre, short film and sound art. During her residency, Luca is experimenting with how we are hardlined about being soft; how we are serious about playing; how quickly we can connect to the power of slowness.

Kit Hall, one of our I Like It. What is It? residents, is a dancer, choreographer, performer, producer and holistic massage therapist based in Bristol, UK. Their dancing is currently curious with: the material of the body, improvisation, exploring what it is to stay(dance) in touch, attention, liveness, growing imagination and community building.

A Crash Course in Cloudspotting, the immersive installation from dance theatre practitioner Raquel Meseguer Zafe, will be presented at Edinburgh Fringe Festival as a part of Horizon Showcase.

Over the past few years, we’ve been developing a new electronic musical with Sleepdogs. Today we’re releasing an album of songs from the show, recorded lovingly over that weird time when we were either in lockdown or in that strange limbo. Releasing this album is a means of opening up the world of the show to you, and to move the reality of making the live work a bit closer.
