Hello Everyone. We have a new venue for Demostage. The event will now be hosted at To The Moon, a lovely bar in Old Market.

MAYK is delighted to be a recipient of Arts Council England’s Catalyst Small Grants programme.

Catalyst Small Grants is designed to help organisations build their fundraising capacity and become more resilient.

Following a very productive Demostage in June, we are once again inviting anyone currently working on a creative project (be it theatre, music, games, sound, or beyond) who would like to share their ideas in a relaxed and friendly setting, to submit their ideas. 

MAYK is delighted to have been recommended for funding from Bristol City Council through its new Cultural Investment Programme.

It’s often hard to find a way to let other people in to an artist’s creative process in a way that feels natural, unstructured and open. Blogs and rehearsal diaries often become a bit of an albatross, something an artist feels like they have to do in order to promote the finished show.
